What is Quirky Queer?

A small Black, Queer, Disabled, Non-Binary woman owned brand making tees, totes, pins, stickers, magnets, and more for your enjoyment!  New items are almost always in the works (please sign up for our newsletter to get alerted when we have news to share). The goal is to achieve positive growth while providing awesome products and content to all in the Black, POC, and LGBTQIA+ communities.

 

What is the fabric content of the t-shirts you use?

The shirts are primarily 100% Cotton. There are a few colors (mostly shades of gray) that are a cotton/polyester blend. Crop tops tend to have a Polyester, Cotton, Rayon makeup. If there is anything outside of the usual being used, the product page will state it.

 

*A note about our shirts* - We've done testing for wash wear and stretch.

We've found that with the holographic and foil designs in particular, you will experience a bit less give. To account for that and give you the most longevity, please don't order this type in a size that would be too form-fitting.

The best way to care for any of our tees is to be sure to turn them inside-out for machine washing (do not hand-wash), use a mild temperature setting, do not wring or twist the item to remove excess water, and tumble dry on low/medium heat. We want you to be able to enjoy them for a long time to come!

Please take care to order the appropriate size, as we do not accept returns/exchanges for your items if they do not fit. Thank you for your understanding!

 

What's the best way to find different types of items? 

The fastest and easiest way to find our items would be by using the search bar at the bottom of whatever page you're on. Search "crops" or "totes" for instance and you'll get all the designs available in that type!

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all Major Credit and Debit Cards, as well as Paypal, through checkout.

 

Do you have any promo codes?

Yes! We will offer promo codes from time to time. You can sign up for our newsletter and receive the details and/or follow the Instagram @quirkyqueerstuff to keep in the know.

 

How long will it take to get my items?

Orders are accepted 24/7 and they are processed in the order they're received. Your items are produced specifically for you upon ordering. While the goal is always to work as quickly and efficiently as possible, please keep in mind that the HQIC is sometimes very low on spoons and that may slow the works a bit. The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our primary carrier. All things considered, please expect to receive your order within 14-21 business days, sooner if possible. There will be delivery confirmation on every shipment and you will be receive an alert with that information so you can keep track. 

 

What do I do if any of my items are damaged/defective?

All items are produced in house after placement of your order and checked for quality control. However if there is any issue, such as your package being damaged in transit, please contact us. Include your order number, description and pictures of the problem in your email and we will get back to you as soon as possible to provide a solution.
